I seriously messed up my back today. My left leg does not function quite right. The 3 work trucks I have are all manuals. Expedition has a flat, and its the only automatic. I made the 40 minute drive home, but tomorrow is gonna suuuuuuuck baaaaaaalls.........

Old guy here. Listen up. Get in a nice hot tub or shower and help relax it. Next, take tylenol or the generic equivalent. It will help reduce any swelling. If you can, do some basic yoga. There should be some beginners classes on youtube. Don't laugh, I've got sciatica and that shit works!

Just change the tire on the Expedition. Problem solved :3
Seriously though, sorry to hear that. Rock some icy hot and take it as easy as possible.

Call in and go to Chiropractor in morning. My brother used to work through stuff like that and now he is so crippled up he has to walk with a cane and is on disability. It ain't worth it.

Use the rev match Luke...
Good luck with that on work trucks. It's usually a matter of luck and skill to just not grind abused work transmissions even with a clutch.

i would change the flat tire put the spare tire, and if you dont have one, id change one of your other trucks wheels to the expedition, if you think they fit on the lug nuts.
